How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are normally processed same day and received by the customer within 1 to 5 business days thereafter depending upon shipping destination.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all of our products (exemption: products such as the Plaque Attaquer in the hard case where we do personalized imprinting work for the customer). You will receive a full refund or credit to your account whichever you prefer minus the shipping charge(s). The customer is responsible for returning an order by a courier such as UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service, etc. We will send a UPS call tag only when we ship out an order in error.

I'm having a problem adding items to the shopping cart.
We use "sessions" to hold your items so you will not have to sign in each time you want to add an item to your cart. This means that you will need to have cookies enabled (Netscape) or at least session cookies enabled (Internet Explorer).
These "sessions" or temporary cookies will disappear as soon as you close the browser window or leave your browser idle for 20 minutes. They are only used during your time in our system to make sure that you are a member of our site and can not be saved by us or used in any way to contact you or find out information about you.
